I am seeing beggars these days with a small child in their hands. If they come to me and ask for money, I don't give money and I just get angry on that. Sometimes, I feel whether we can take all these children and keep them in an orphanage so that atleast they have basic education so that they can stand on their own feet rather becoming robbers or beggars or what ever anti social persons. I feel it is better to give food or education to a person than contributing that money in poojas and all. After all telugu quote says "Manava seve Madhava seva" (Serving to people is serving to God).
I don't know why our beloved politicians never think of this. And they want to exploit the cast-ism. None of the parties gave any statement against reservation in IITs or IIMs. And now, suddenly, BJP president L.K.Advani says they are still thinking of building RAM Temple in Ayodhya. And our beloved PM says they want to do something for Muslims and he feels they should be allowed to first claim on resources. My suggestion to a Muslim or a Hindu is only one. Don't go blindly with these politicians. They know British rule very well which is "Divide and Rule" and so they are implementing that on us. I don't mind much about whether to have a masjid or temple in Ayodhya.
Some thing that we can do:
Respect each other
Give basic education to your children. If not able to, don't give birth to them.
And the quote I have seen today:
Help ever, Hurt never
Love all, Serve all
- Sai Baba

Funny code
Some time back, I had to write a program where I need to have a thread which continuously looks for some status and does some work in background.
So, I started off like this.
Class MyThread implements Runnable
{
public void run()
{
//Something here
}
}
Class MyClass
{
public void function1()
{
MyThread thread = new MyThread();
thread.run(); // assuming thread runs in background
//do my work here
}
}
And I was wondering, why my program is taking so much time. And then, I figured out, that thread is running and my program is exiting only after thread finishes its work. :)
Later, my teammate asked me "Did you find out where you are wrong? " and explained where I was wrong. :)
Some times, we do such silly mistakes for which we waste hours and hours. :)

Beware of fraud calls from Citibank
I got a call from a lady saying she is a Citibank employee(Shyla) and whether I am interested in Citibank life time credit card. I was getting these calls many times and every time, I told them I am not interested. This time, she told me that they are giving credit card and DVD player as diwali gift and they want to know my address. I talked to many people regarding this, and they said "Go on and get it. Later you can cancel the card". I thought, it might be possible as I have seen some "get a watch by applying for credit card" in Citibank online site. So, I said "Yes". Now, recently, I got a courier for Citibank credit card and I didn't get the gift that she promised!!. I called her up (Fortunately, I had her number with me) and asked her regarding this. She said " It is in pending status. I will let you know after checking why it is in pending status". I still thought she is telling truth. Next day, when I called her up, now she started acting. She said "It is a wrong number. She is not the one whom I called". I thought "May be, her number might have changed. (Though it is less probable as I just spoke to her one day before)". I made a call to her thru my friend and confirmed her number hasn't changed. Now, I called up Citibank and told them this is what happened. Finally, it took so much time for me to cancel this card.
Moral of the story: Beware of such fraud calls rather wasting time and money later.

My Friend's quote
Never say you don't like a person. It is one/some of the quality/qualities that you don't like in a person not that person in whole. You should always take(and learn) good things in them and leave bad things.
I had to meet some of my classmates yesterday. I was in dilemma whether to go or not. Because, there is one person who hurt me once. But, I remembered my friend's quote and went there and talked with every one happily.

I like it
there is a lot of hardwork that is behind www.like.com. People were doing night outs to finish the work soon. Some people started working in US timings. Some started working in both timings. :)
Just after my joining, Riya launched Riya 1.0. Then, I can see people happiness in their faces. That is showing something like "We did it". My manager asked me "How are you feeling". I said "I wish I would have joined Riya 1 year back". He said "Don't worry. It is still a beginning. Lot to go.". Now, the time came. Riya launched Riya2.0. I felt happy. We were very happy. After the launch, we took a little break in reading articles on Riya. And now continuing our work.

A story
I read a story in news paper, which goes like this.
There is a old lady in a home and she want to join a oldage home. She stays with her younger son. So, elder son and younger son tries to convince her asking that Why she is thinking so even they are taking care of her somuch. Her daughter-in-law also never said anything which hurts her. And, she also take care of her. So, then the story tells how her day starts. She wakes up in the morning and do pooja for some time. And, then she tries to switch on TV to watch some spiritual programs. She tries to change the channel. But, as her eye sight is not very good and her hands are shaking, she increases volume in the attempt of changing channel. Her grand son comes with disturbed mood and says "Why you are keeping so much volume and disturbing my sleep" and then he keeps the channel which she wants and go back to sleep. She watches that one and then she goes to balcony and sit beside her son and says "Do you know how Krishna born. This program is explaining it very well..etc..". Then, her son says "Mom, let me read news paper please". Then, her daughter-in-law come and give coffee to her, then she tries to tell the samething to her. Then, her daughter-in-law says "I don't have time to listen all these now. I have to prepare breakfast and lunch. And, your grand son is not up yet. I have to wake him up and make him get ready.". Then, her grand daughter comes and ask her to do some thing for her. Then, this old lady asks the same thing to her. Then she says "Yeah. I know Him. I heard that He born in jail. Too sad. ". Then, her mom comes and tell her to get ready soon and go to school, otherwise, it gets late. In this way, every one is busy in her home and she don't have any one to share her feelings, her memories, etc. She has everything. But, her children are so busy that they didn't have time to talk to her and spend time with her.
A very true situation. I used to think that one shouldn't bring office work to home and vice versa. But, in s/w engineering life, It is very difficult to achieve.
common in bangalore??
These days, I am hearing news of thefts from many known people. I felt like, is theft common in bangalore??. I started listening to thefts when there was a theft in my sister's home few months back(in the afternoon). The thief came and kept all those things which he don't want on dining table and took all costlier ones. A report is made to police. They said "You dont need to worry. It may take 1 week, 1 month or 1 year or more. But, at the end, your belongings will be found and we will give it to you". Days passed by. Now, Police came with a notice saying "Your belongings can not be found. And we are closing your case". (!!!,Does it mean, they failed to find the belongings??).
Later, I heard there was a theft in my cousin's home. Then I heard a theft in my friend's home and then in my colleague's home and in my brother's friend's home and many more. Every where, the plan is same. The thief is coming in the night, and tries to open the bolt and take all valuable ones like watch, cell phone. In one of the incident, he removed the plug of TV, But he didn't take it. I generally think the news about theft in news paper is common. But now, when you are hearing from the persons whom you know. It is fearful. May be, after some time, if some one says there is a theft in some one's place, I may say "oh. it is common these days. ". :)
But, what police is doing here. In many places, when people planned to complain, police themselves are saying "what is the point. Leave it." or they will say "You are a s/w engineer. You are earning so much then why are you worrying. Just leave it." Then, why police are here. What is their duty then??

Random thoughts
Many times, I started writing a blog to burst my anger or sadness because of the mistakes that some other people do. But, later I think, what will I get by scolding the person. Then, I will think about all the advantages or goodness that happened to me because of that incident. And, I started writing about that incident. It is true. What will one get by scolding a person. Rather if you praise a person who helped you. You will feel happy. Your mind don't think negatively. And other person, whom you praised will feel happy and it makes a good impression on you. :) What not. Be Happy and Think positive. :)

lots of things to write and happening
Not getting time to write.
So, in brief.
unsafe bangalore. police are thieves in khakhi suit. They support theft rather preventing or avoiding it.
a regional telugu news paper, which was very popular. Now became the worst paper that I ever read. Because, they wrote everything against ruling party and show things very bag than actual.

It has been one year
It has been one year that me and my friend staying together. Now, it is the time to depart as she is getting married. It made me to recall the way that we started room hunt. Just like, things always happen for our goodness, my previous roommates told me to search for another house with a deadline of one month. Still, I can't forget that sleepless night that I had. I decided to vacate the room that day itself. Actually that happened for my goodness. That made me to reach my true friends again. I still cherish the days.. The shelter that is given in another friend's home temporarily till we get a home for us. And that short nice time that I spent with them. How I learnt, making phulkas and parathas there. :) The nice talking that we were having. watching movies in the night. I liked their cooperation in working together and I learnt that from them.
Finally, we got a home, my other friend found it for us. Every one gave full support and help when I decided to move out of my previous room mates' house. Those are real friends.
she taught me a lot. She gave comfort when I was in problems. She scolded sometimes, when I do something wrong. Today, I read in news paper that the person who can scold you when you are wrong and who can ask you apologies with out hesitation when they do mistake is a true friend. It happened for me. She asked for apologies when she mistakenly scolded me and she scolded me when I do any mistake. :) There are lots of things to learn from every person. And, I need to learn a lot from her too.
I am fortunate that I have good friends surrounding me. In IITK too, there were friends who helped me a lot. Who shared my sorrows and joys in my lab. And, now also, I have very good friends. But, now we need to depart. And we can be in touch with mails and some very few get-to-gethers as life is very busy.

Those were the best days of my life
Childhood days:
I want to be child again. Those days are missing now. :(
The days when we played a lot at school and do exercise in the evening. As a leader, requesting students to go to play ground to start exercise.
slapping to others who failed to answer the questions (as per teacher's order. :) ). Studying the meanings in hurry before teacher takes questioning session.
Listening to the stories told by Sir when the power goes off in the evening tuition. :)
Getting scolded by sis and father when watching t.v. or reading story book as nothing is audible to me in that time. (I used to say that is boon for me. My concentration. :) )
Writing the dialogues that is coming in TV while doing home work. :) And later rubbing it off and doing home work without TV. :)
Rush to home to get Soan-Papidi (sold by a seller who brings that in 4 wheeler) every day after school.
counting the number of greeting card that we got in new year.
Waiting for dussera holidays to receive my sis and brother. Playing with my brother and his friends.
Teaching my father (to not to tell children(my sister) that he'll give bi-cycle if my sis get these many marks in this class) by reading some info in news paper.
Going to grand parents village in the summer vacation and playing a lot in cradle by having three cradles for three of us.
Eating lot of laddus. :)
Singing in independence day and present folk dance by wearing the lambadi dress that I got. :)
Recording songs for all the dance programs (me and my sis as singers :)) )
Playing with colors on the occasion of Ganesh nimajjan and after that, washing clothes before mom sees. :)
Stealing tamarind and salt and zeera from home and eat at the outside with friends.
Lighting crackers during diwali even with a temperature of 102 degrees fever.:)
Bunking school and going to a competition in near by school and winning the prize.
sometimes, coming from school which is very far (around 5kms) by walk.
Counting "Good, very Good" written by teacher in the copy write.
competing with my competitor(Mahanandi)in my 7th standard. I can't forget the days where we used to quarrel with dusters and removing the cycle air caps. :)
Teaching maths to my neighbor.
Teaching 10th class maths to my relative. I tried a lot to teach him. But he was weak in maths so badly that I left their home the next day and reached my home.
Being happy to get first prize in maths quiz and crying for not getting first prize at second time. And that time, the other girl who won, came to me and told me to take the first prize that she got. :)
Finally by requesting, ordering, pleading (:) ) my mom a lot to get my hair decorated with flowers (actually called gazraa in Hindi. Don't know the word in English).
That enthusiasm, innocence, that tension free life as a free bird is missing now. :(

Too bored to write again the same incident happened 2 months back. But, this time, I didn't argue with autowaala much (Afraid a little bit). Paid what ever he said but sent a mail to the transport. And here is their reply.

For a change
I decided to spend today a little bit different rather routine. Something worth, something useful. So, I went to temple in the morning (around 11 :) ). Everybody asked me "Is there any special today?". And my sister asks me "Today is Sunday. So, you went to church? :))".
In the afternoon, I tried to learn scooty. Nice experience. First, I should say thanks to my teacher (and owner of Scooty) who is teaching me. :)
In the beginning, she told me what is what. And then she told me to sit and start accelerator. I started accelerating it continuously without stopping it. That is the first time that I afraid as it is going so fast and she is telling me to stop accelerating it, but I was not knowing what to do. :) Finally, some how, she made it to stop. Later it went on so smoothly. :)
More to do and update.

Many Things to write
1. Great job by Amod by avoiding bribe to traffic police and paying the fine in court for mistakenly breaking the signal. Really, I can't stop praising him for this. How many will be there who take pain to go court and pay the fine rather giving half the amount of fine as bribe to traffic police.
2. He even brought some auto complaint cards, which we can submit if the autowaala asks for more money or rejects to go to the place which we asked for or tampered meter or rash driving. What not!! :)
3. The surprise news is: When RK & his fiancee invited us to their marriage. No one guessed this and he didn't tell any one that he is getting married till yesterday, when he distributed his wedding card.
4. In the night, Anshu invited her cousin, Rupesh, Devanand (her brother's friend) to home to tie Rakhi. Nishit and Madhav told me that they are coming my home to get rakhi tied. Nishit came in hurry and left and Madhav had a conference call, so he couldn't come. We prepared aaloo parathas .Devanand brought Bengali Sandesh sweet. It was so tasty.

Time to change routine
Seems, some how, I am getting much more angry and it is getting increased day by day. I am showing anger only with my closed ones (Thank fully,not with all :-) ). Seems, it might be because of lots of stress and might be the reason that I was not giving time for myself.
So, I am planning to change my routine a little bit. Let see, how far I can go. :-)
Updation: Little bit progress now. Still more to change.:)

Think Big !!!
Few things that I learnt till now:
1. Consider problem as big and solve the problem simply
2. Look for all kinds of situations (especially when you are working with large dataset)
3. Use the appropriate objects at appropriate places
4. Use classes for the purpose that they are given for.
5. Try to bench mark the structures both in terms of time and memory required.
The above all is known to me more theoritically than practically. and now saw how effective they are, in practice. So simple sentences, but rule the whole development time.
And also, some other things that I learnt till now:
Team Work always help in solving the problems and also learning from others.
More is later.

Two Things
Today, in our office, fire alarm rang. And our admin told us to leave the office. But later Naveen said, "wait. There is no danger to us but to the bread.". What happened is ,recently, there is a toaster that came into our pantry and Naveen kept bread for toasting and it became black :) and that is the cause of fire alarm ringing. :) So, sandeep says "Good right. We are safe. Now, we practically saw that fire alarm rings when there is any fire" :)
There is an investment presentation given by RK. It is superb and excellent. But after that presentation, I can see that the savings that I have done are not much worth. :(
Now, I should be more careful in investing and saving too. :)

McAfee- The Worst Anti Virus
I installed McAfee anti virus in my laptop today. The worst part is it takes 99-100% CPU (May be in that way it is opposing any other viruses to come in as it itself acting as DOS attack :) ). So, I couldn't work at all and got irritated and finally uninstalled it. So, now the system is working fine. :)

A real story from my friend
Today, I called up one of my friend, and she gave me the below story of her best friend. Really sad. I didn't expect that this kind of things happens even now a days. :( Why such kind of things happen? Why parents don't understand their children?
This is what she explained to me:
I was calling my friend since long time but not able to reach her thru cell. And I forgot to send a mail to her because I was busy in my work. Today, I tried to call her best friend and find out that she left this place long back and she is with her parents in her native. Rather I can say that they had taken her forcibly to their place just for the reason that she is in love with a person of other caste. I never expected that the response will be so cruel from her family. She is such a nice girl. She was poor but she never let this to be known by any one in my college. She is determined and hard working. She never bought nice dresses for her even after she got job and used to buy new clothes for her siblings. She is so innocent and she is not bold. I am very sure that there will be no one who got hurt by her behavior even once (knowingly or unknowingly).
I am feeling sad to see that she is in such a bad situation right now. I don't know what to tell and how to tell. She was one of my best friend (I can say, my only best friend I had till now with whom I shared my views). Why the situation is so bad here even in this electronic era. At least, they should understand her situation and if you find that she is doing wrong then tell her and convince her. I can surely say that if she want to do any mistake, she would have done before. She would have eloped with her boy friend long back. But she didn't do then why her parents are so cruel to her.
I was surprising when I come to know about any people who do love marriages by eloping from their place. But, now after seeing such incident then I don't find any mistake in that too. The parents say "we would have let them marry atleast. Why should children leave." But when children trying to put their views and convince their parents then parents take such rude actions. Why? Why so?

Failure Story [comic]
Hmm..Today, Finally, I thought I should prepare something and take it to office. so, I decided to prepare Lemon Rice (Thinking that it is the easier and faster one to prepare). Ok. Everything is set. But, Anshu brought some vegetables and told me that I can use that. She cut them very nicely in the night itself. So, I decided to prepare some sabji with that. So, I started doing it. And anshu told me that I can use Micro oven to prepare it fast. Initially, I thought I will prepare it on stove itself but later I switched to micro-oven as it was taking long time.
So, I used a plastic vessel in which she used to keep the things in micro-wave to keep the vegetables. and switched on "Auto crisp". Thinking that it is the one that I should press.
After sometime, I opened oven and saw that plastic got expanded because of heat.!!. :) and ofcourse, you should not think about the status of sabji. :)
Moral of the story: Never put plastic vessel in auto crisp mode. :)

Politicians in India
These people, they do everything for filling their vote banks.
These people are the source for any riots (muslim, hindu). They always follow divide and conquer.
Now they came up with OBC reservation. I think, right now, only students are in protest against reservations. Now, they need help from some famous people. Ofcourse, we can't get help from those who are in politics. But some great people or news papers can help.
Otherwise, no one should vote any politician who has "Reservation" in his/her agenda.

duniya bahut choti hain
Yester day, I saw it practically. Hmmm..For this, I need to tell the whole thing that happened y'day.. sis wasn't feeling well. So, I had to go to her home to take care of lucky till mom comes..In the evening, I had to go to majestic to pick mummy up. Unfortunately, the Volvo bus got late and I reached 15 mins late to the bus stand. And there the story started..:)
The bus had already arrived and mom wasn't there. I searched whole bus stand and asked the person who writes the bus number once it reaches and got confirmed that the bus had already came. hmm..Now what to do..Talking to jiju, sister and father..What to do..Then, I got a call from father that he got a missed call from a local number. I thought that it might be an std-booth phone no..I tried a lot to call to that number but it was engaged. Finally, sis told me that the number is from an std-booth from plat-form no:15. I went there, but there is no telephone-booth. hmm..Then from which place, it might be..I called that number again and came to know that it is platform no:15 in BMTC bus stop.. !!!!!!!!
Finally, I went there and confirmed with that telephone-booth person that mom called from that place only..Now, again the search started. But now, searching BMTC bus stop is not so easy. I searched two-three near by platforms..And then went to enquiry and requested him to announce..
He noted down the names and he said "I'll announce in Kannada.." :-) It was too funny..Neither me nor my mom knows Kannada..Then for whom, he is announcing.. Finally I requested and then he said "ok..You announce then.."... Finally, announced twice and thrice and finally gave my number too..:-)
Now, I am damn sure that mom won't be in the bus-stop..Then at that time, it was 9:30PM and jijaji reached at bus-stop and he got a call from a person saying that mom is in her house. She also came along with mom.. And now "Hum-Tum" line is here..
The person who helped mom by taking her to her home and helped mom in carrying luggage is the person whom my sister and father met once. That time, there was MCA counseling and sis didn't get seat and this lady brought less money assuming that they have to pay for MBA admission for their daughter..But fortunately, they got MCA admission and need to pay more.. At that time, Father helped them though he doesn't know them at all. :)

Humans or Blood sucking Cannibals??
When I read in the news paper today and in the news about new taliban's threat, I felt that they should release him. Suryanarayana who was an engineer working with bahrain based company abducted by talibans. I reminded the killing of Maniyappan before. But I felt that at least Suryanarayana should be alive. Suryanarayana took up that post in order to make their children's future to be much more better. I was watching TV in the afternoon and my papa told me to put on the news coming in another TV Channel. Before that, we saw a poll in another TV Channel where they were asking Indians whether they think that it is every Indian's responsibility to get Suryanarayana Back to home. And just after I switched to another channel where the news are coming, I shocked when I heard that taliban's killed before the deadline( They have given tonight 7 as the deadline for all Indians has to leave Afghanistan in order to not to kill Suryanarayana) and the reason is that Suryanarayana tried to escape.
Many thoughts in my mind.
How devil behavior that they have. How can any priest or God tell their followers that their religion is good and kill every other person who is not of their religion. I just don't believe in such caste/ religion feeling. Please, be a human being. Just think, what will be if you are in another religion. When you come, you don't have anything and when you leave you can't take anything with you. Live life like today is the last day and never tries to hurt any one. It is very easy to say. But still man, please don't hurt others.
and coming to what our great politicians reacted to it?? They said that they will try to save Suryanaraya but still continues to make Afghanistan better. Arre yaar. First try to give security to your people who are living there. I read in news paper, that why talibans are not abducting US Employees who are living there. It is because of the security that their country providing to their people living there. And our India failed twice in this and don't know about unofficial things. I am not saying to not to help Afghanistan. But if you are not able to secure your own people then avoid doing help to others or secure your people if you are determinant in giving help. I am just imagining what would be the situation if the person(Suryanarayana) is politically strong. Then they would have rushed to help him.

Thoughts roaming in my mind
Many things..But few things are:
1. Destroying is very easy than Construction: Example is the stupidity that people have done on Raj Kumar's death. If they are such a great fans to him, then they should have done something good where his name will be remembered forever but not destroying public property and forcing people to shutdown the shops. I have seen a person in front of my home who was distributing juice as they can't keep it for next day.
I was just wondering why they haven't done distributing money to the needy or something good for the nation..
If the IIM Pass out Manjunath (I hope I remembered the name) or the IITK pass out (Satyendra Dubey) who were working in public sector, killed by corrupted politicians then no one has done any thing for them. Nothing happened to Jessica Lal Murder case.
Why don't these people react for such things..
2. 50% reservations to OBC in IITs/ IIMs : Is it necessary?? I am not against OBC or SC or ST.. But what I think is to give necessary education ( in the sense, since +2) for free to them..But please give priority to merit. Without merit, one shouldn't allow any one to become engineer, medico or some other techie.. I read some where that Ambedkar has requested for reservation only for few years. I don't remember the exact year that he has specified but I am very sure that time is over already but still the reservations are continuing by politicians to attract minorities to grab votes..
PS: These are just my opinions.. I am not criticizing any one..But for better developed world, it is better to do a good thing than bad thing..

changing editors
Changing editors: Today I moved from netbeans to eclipse. Initially it reminded me my attempts in my childhood for changing my writing style where finally I ended up with no specific writing style of my own..:) But, eclipse is much more cool than netbeans..hmm.. I didn't take a wrong choice any way.. :)
Today's quote
Before looking for fault in others.. Just look at the faults in yourself..Then no one's fault won't be looked as big as it was before..:)

One more party
Yesterday, it was surya's turn to give b'day party. It looked like again the days of IITK came.. Even in such a busy schedule many people turned up..Few things are
- The most busiest person Ashish came for the b'day party of Surya. This is the first time that he came
- Gnana changed his hair cut.. Every one were making fun of him.:)
- The whole fun was made on Prashant's new business.. We were making as much fun as we can as Anshu wasn't there. ;) If both were present, then majority wins..;) so, we can't make fun of their business..At least I can't make.. :)
- birthday bumps were given to Surya and also Bharat. Because bharat made fool of everyone by saying that he is getting engaged with Shweta (a fictitious character)

Maids and autowaalas
With the maids, you will get rid of physical work but you get more mental work. You have to look after them and see whether they are working properly or not..If you don't then the output is very bad where you have to spend more time in redoing things.. :)
The auto people: Every day, I pray God that I should reach home and office safely with out any mental tension.. The tampering of meter and the rash driving and waiting charges where the meter goes on increasing even the auto is waiting at the signal..what not.. uff.. I should write a book about these people.. But fortunately, there are very good auto people but very less..Till now, I just saw only 2 to 3 auto people who are good at driving and having genuine meters to their autos..
After all, these days I am getting more tension because of above two reasons.. :) Time to do some meditation or count the numbers from the end.. ;)

Simple yet powerful
Life is short :
Person learns from own experience and also other's experience. Learning everything from our own life is not possible since Life is short. :)
You have only one life:
Just one life that every one has. But people couldn't make it to the fullest that they can enjoy by thinking about what other people think.. Once in my B.Tech, me and my brother went for a movie. There we saw a child of 5 to 7 yrs dancing like no one is seeing him. He was living in his own world. Then my brother said how cool the life of a child is. He don't bother about any one. :)
I made fun of my brother by asking him that you want to dance like him. ;) that was a joke. But seriously, why can't we live our own life in the way that we want as long as we are not hurting any one. Why do we care about society much as long as we are not doing anything which is anti-social?? :)
Is this Pallavi, who is talking like this!!!?? :)

My cute lucky (aka Kruti)
I was playing whole day with my sweet niece when I went home. She is becoming smarter these days. She learnt that if she want something then she'll get it if she cries.. :) I am still surprised how children are learning.. How did they know that the way to get things is by crying...I am remembering those machine learning ways. But I don't think( or remember) that I saw this example any where.
Funny Thing
Today I tried of going by bus ( Don't want to get mood off in the early mornings by auto waalas..:) ).. So, I got into a bus where it is going to majestic.. And I thought it'll go on the way where my office is.. :D but it took a left turn just after where I got in and was going in a different direction!!!!.. Then I realized that it is not going to the place where I have to get down.. Then I got down at some bus stop and saw other bus going to shivaji nagar and again my stupid mind thought that it is going on the way where my office is.. Again got in.. :) and got down at next bus stop. This time fortunately it is near to my office but the other side which I didn't see before. Some how I found the way and reached safely. But I don't know why I didn't get angry or mood off for all stupid things that I did.. More over I felt happy for having such a visit to bangalore streets which I didn't see before in the early morning with less crowd on roads and even bus.. I liked the whole environment and was passing time by just watching outside thru the window.
Wish bangalore is like the way that I saw (Pollution free and less crowded) even after 9AM..

Random Thoughts :)
No human being is perfect and what a person has to do is to be like a swan. Take the good thing and leave bad thing.. :)
If every good dream comes true :)
Back from home with lots of enthu...
Read one thing in a paper. where he describes a village like a city like bangalore. I forgot everything which ever is there.. But remembered one thing which impressed me. There the author says that "at 11:55 PM , a farmer wakes up and checks his electric connection to his farm field thru internet and came to know that it is his turn to switch the motor for filling water and switches it on and then goes to sleep again..:) "
How cool the stuff something like above helps farmers in making their things simple. And also when I was a child, I used to think why people migrate from villages to towns and towns to cities. It is just because there are lots of facilities available which help their children to perceive good career. let it be either in sports or academic what ever they would like to.. Then I used to think, why don't we, the citizens provide such facilities available every where. So, people don't migrate from their work places and also it improves the quality in education every where. Teachers in government schools regularly go to schools and teach their children and so we can see our India as developed country..
If the quality of education is best then why will we be having corruption and polluted politics..etc..etc..

words
Department, lab, guide..
these words I am not able to forget.. When I want to say something like I am going to office.. I use department..If I want to say that I am in office.. I say, I am in lab.. Seems, I am still in the mood of a student than an employee.. ;)

Today's headlines (err..Yesterday's headlines ;))
- One lady has kept in home arrest for 16 years by his alcoholic husband (I just hate such people)
- messages from an accused relatives to a victim ( Really if the accused relatives sent such messages then they also should be imprisoned. How can a mistake such as rape should be forgiven.. )
- 24yr old girl blog on Iraq war has been nominated for some award (my memory is too poor :( don't remember the award but remembered her blog name..It is http://riverbendblog.blogspot.com/)
- two ladies got fame for their work and protest against pollution and they successfully made whole Delhi pollution free by using CNG as fuel for vehicles)
- 2 BCA 2nd year students started their own IT firm (These days I am reading many such things and also seeing such environment :) )
- and the bad news is here that a lady killed her mother and her 3 sisters just because she had an argument with her mother regarding her love affair which her mother said no..So, she killed and try to escape with her boy friend.. (Do you say that she is a human being.. I don't think so.. A true love shouldn't kill or hurt others..)

Theft
There were lots of thefts happening these days in bangalore.. ok..this is normal news where ever you go. you read in the paper.. Some thefts, robberies..etc..etc..
But these days, I am hearing this from known persons.. Recently only there was a theft in my friend's home twice. Now it is my relative's turn.. :(
This theft in my relative's home happened in the afternoon around 12 to 2PM.
I wish if there is any way to avoid such things..atleast, why these thieves are so bad..
The gainers are the cops and thieves..and the loosers are the citizens..

silly stupid doubt
I got a silly doubt when I was doing something in home. I donno which background thread popped up.. I got some message "puttuta gittuta korake(In telugu)" (Every person who born will die). So, I was thinking that yeah it is easy to tell. if there is some limit like a person dies at this age then no one fear". But later, I thought "no. if a person comes to know his death date then he can't enjoy life and also bad people will start doing anything as they know that they won't die anyway for any reason"..
so suddenly it reminded me the beauty of dynamic linking over static linking...
Don't ask me why and what?? I donno myself..
moving to new building
hmmm..we are moving to new building today..again little bit far from previous building..:( while travelling, I miss my previous company somuch because there I don't need to catch auto/bus or any thing..just go by walk in the morning and in the night, you have cab facility any way..:(

Chat With B.Tech friend
I had a chat with my B.Tech friend few days back. I was just wondering how her life has changed. One thing that I can remember from her previous talk was "I wouldn't hav wasted my valuable time in B.Tech. Otherwise, I won't be in this situation right now."
True.. What ever she said is true. I am very fortunate that I got a very good guidance from my brother and father. If my brother hasn't guided me in proper way, I don't know where I was now.
My friend has 2 1/2 year gap now after her graduation. She hasn't applied for any jobs till now for some personal reasons. now she utterly needs a job. and the main thing is she needs a mental support. I told her to not to think about results but try for the job very hardly then one can reach their goal. Thinking about past in the present doesn't give you anything other than loosing future too. And one shouldn't say that they can't while trying for something. I can understand her situation. But I can't just show my sympathies towards her and leave the matter there itself. Here I remember one of my B.Tech friend who used to say "I don't like sympathies. What will I get from there?? other than loosing my own confidence at me!!!.". So, I told her to not to worry much and think about her future.
Hope everything goes fine at her end.
"Loka samasta sukhino bhavantu"
Shanti Pooja
This word I got from Rohan once. I used to use this everytime to everyone who ever say that things are not going fine at their end. Yesterday, unfortunately I had to use this word for myself for the things happened to me..:) one example that happened is, that I got a mail from one of my friend saying that we can try the link "mygiftresource.com". I became the victim of this link where I mistakenly selected friends from my address book. That's it.. It spammed each and everyone in my contact list. :) now it is my turn to receive mails from everyone. So, finally I decided to write an apology mail to everyone for my mistake. :)
PS: Moral of the story is "Be cautious while clicking any link in web. Because, if it is doing harm to urself only then it is fine. But it should not harm any other one just because they are in your contact list".. How it sounds..:)

Volvo Bus in bangalore
Hmmm...I went to my sis home in the weekend and I decided to catch a bus in early morning in order to avoid traffic and also the crowd in bus. But as usual, I couldn't make it by 7 and finally got ready by 8:30 and reached the bus stand along with my brother with lappy in hand and were waiting for the bus. We found that the buses were so much crowded, I just got fear and thought of going a little bit late or hire an auto. Fortunately like a oasis in desert, we found volvo bus.. And I thought it is not a local bus. And I found it like a vehicle for royal family(Like rath of a king). I was just looking at it and lost in my thoughts. Then my brother told me to get into the bus, I felt happy when I came to know that it is going to the place where I wan go. I asked the conductor for the timings of bus in evening to make sure that whether I can go back in the same bus ( Am I expecting more?? :) )and felt happy when I came to know that the bus is available for every half and hour.
Now about the bus, it was too cool and spacious. It is 2 X 2 seater and the seats are very spacious and comfortable. The bus is air conditioned and FM 91 Radio city makes ur mind too cool and the whole environment is just like a heaven.. :) After having an experience of bus and auto, I felt buses are more comfortable than autos as there is not tht much pollution in bus compared to autos. But the only problem with the buses were that they were carrying many people than they can..:) I mean it was very crowded. So, After these experiences, Volvo buses made me to feel happy and don't need to fear to go and come back from sis's home.
Hope volvo buses should be available so frequently that one just don't need to waste time in waiting for bus..
The other thing is that when I sat in bus, so many people passing by looking at the bus resembled me people in town or villages looking at airplanes in olden days.
The only thing that is itching my mind is that will these volvo buses sustain for long. I am just thinking because I found so many empty seats and mostly people don't prefer to spend money for buses that much.

Reasons for less output in work
What is the most stupid thing that makes u zero work.
1.Chatting.. so close all messengers (yahoo, gtalk, skype, MSN)
2. Mail box.. as many differnt mail ids of different servers u have, that much less work that you'll do..:) so better not to have any mail ID.. :) But will any s/w engr exists without using cellphone and mail checking and chatting.. :)
Last but not least is, e-news papers which have some stories in their weekly or daily pages..
Good solution given by my friend is to take a printout and read..How cool this is..
After all, Preaching is easier than Practicing..:)

Story from equity learning
CAUSE AND RESOLUTION
Once upon a time a man couldn't find his axe. He suspected his neighbor's son because the boy walked like a thief, looked like a thief, and spoke like a thief. The following morning the man found his axe because he remembered where he had left it. The next time he saw his neighbor's son, the boy walked, looked, and spoke like any other child.
This ancient little tale by Lao-tzu portrays in five acts the cause and resolution of all conflicts--whether in a family, between neighbors, or among nations.
Act one: an external change occurs.
Act two: we become unhappy about the change, and we quickly find someone or something to blame.
Act three: our unhappiness colors our perceptions and we misidentify "the enemy."
Act four: the external cause of our unhappiness is removed.
Act five: our perception clears up and we see things as they simply are.
Unfortunately, very few people get to the fifth act and get stuck at Act Three, the reason being once we have misidentified "the enemy", ego builds a formidable rationalization process to ensure that we always feel that way towards that person or event. Why is it so hard to admit we were wrong, or to apologize to someone? Because we have invested so much energy in building our self-righteous façade, that the ego will do virtually anything to maintain consistency to keep us away from the Truth
Having an optimistic outlook can improve one’s health, to be more optimistic in your daily life, try these six strategies....
1. Be on the lookout for negative thoughts. When you catch yourself thinking
your life is terrible, stop the thought in its track.
2. Put things in perspective. Remember, everyone’s life is full of sorrows and joys.
3. Try to find the good in bad situations. If you’ve suffered a setback at work, for example,
look at what the situation tells you about yourself and learn from it. But don’t dwell on it.
4. Learn from your mistakes. Failure is one of the greatest learning tools,
but many people let failure defeat them. Learn and try again.
5. Even if you’re feeling down, act as if your mood is good. Smile at others. Laugh.
After a while, you find that your mood really does improve.
6. Be grateful. Gratitude can help you focus on what’s right in your life.
Pay attention to how your view of life may be bringing you down.....
With practice, you’ll be able to replace your negative thoughts with more positive ones
How to impress manager:
Constantly prove that you are alive and working hard :)
Should be active listener. in the sense, you should listen to all other team member's work and the problems that they are getting and give any ideas to overcome the problems..etc
you should constantly asking him for more work...ofcourse you have to finish previous work that is in your plate.. :) :)
nething to be added???

Random Questions:
Why do people have jealous?? What are the reasons why people don't want to accept the mistakes they have done??
Is it good to accept the mistakes??
What is good and bad?? How to find the thin line that differs good from bad..
Wrote this blog on friday..and left it in the middle..and thought of writing answers..but not finding answers yet.. ;) in other way, What ever answers that I thought of writing..I forgot all of them..and also I don't hav time now to remember and write back.. and also may be the answers I thought of writing may not be correct at all..oh.. got one more question in my random questions.. it is
WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG.. :D :D :D
ne way..I'll take some time now in working and finishing my leftover things.. :)
Need is the mother of Invention..
Do you know most of the best things came from people's hobbies or need..
Among many others that we know, I am listing few of them..
Example: Cric Info Site: Read that Cric Info came from the hobbies of two people who were in US studying in a university. and there is no way of getting info about Cricket updates.. So, they came up with Cricinfo site..
another one: Google News groups:
Krishna Bharat of Google had a hobby of looking news. and so he came up with a Google news where the most recent news come on top....
So, if you want to succeed, have useful hobbies.. :) :) :) :)

Random Ideas:
If you are not able to express | Defend what you are doing.then the work is worthless..How simple and effective this thing is..
Anshu said y'day.. Being independent (in the sense like independent thinking..independent decision making) is not so easy... and one should be independent in thinking and decision making..:)

Getting Job is not the only destination. :)
Points to be considered while joining a company:
First and foremost reason is the environment, work.
The environment should be comfortable to work.. And the peers should be friendly and co-operative.
The work should be interesting and also should have some value addition. Doing a work which doesn't make u to improve in ur tech field is worthless..The interest depends on person to person. some work might be interested to a person and might not be interested to another..
Is it going to distract your personal life?? Having lots of work...hmm..if you are workaholic..go on..but I prefer work shouldn't distract ur personal life. Work with full concentration in week days and enjoy life in the weekends..never bring work at office to home and viceversa..:) (It is very difficult to follow but not impossible.. :) hmm..I'll try and let you know..:) )
Ofcourse the appraisals matters.. ofcourse, again depends on person to person..but prefer never do work with a package which is not at par with your skills..but if the work is very good and it improves ur tech and professional skills then ofcourse, u shouldn't leave ur job for the package..go on working atleast for few years..
Hmm..didn't get any other thoughts yet.'ll post once they come..:)

Today I read a news in news paper regarding Shiv Sena ppl burnt valentines day greeting cards..So I juist remembered a story which I read in news paper last year almost at the same time....
A girl who was studying in a college gets a perfumed gift on a valentines day..So she wonder who might hav sent this.. So, she opens the gift and sees a greeting card and a letter inside it..
The script is of the dearest one she knows since her childhood.. And letter contains something like this..
My Dear Riya(I don't remember name, so kept this.. :P),
You might have get upset after receiving this letter from your mom.. But I am sending this gift to you on valentines day inorder to make you happy..B'coz you might felt bad, as ur frnds might be getting gifts on valentines day.. This way of feeling bad is common in your age.. But I don't want my sweet daughter to get upset..and now you can show this to your friends saying that you also got a gift today..Don't be haste in taking decisions especially in selecting your life partner.. I hope u'll take a right decision...
Always loving you,
your mother..
PS: Actually the story was very good.. But I don't remember much exactly except a mother sending a gift and also the way she writes to her daughter as a friend rather as a mother..and the way she express her love to her and at the same time her care towards her daughter to make her to not to go in bad path at any circumstances (Generally, parents should be very careful at the teen-age of their children where the life of child gets determined..at that age, generally children gets attracted to friends..it is parent's responsibility to make their children to get good friends..and also they should be like friends rather like rulers.. I am tellign this, because I have seen some ppl who behave like rulers towards their children..
But I am lucky to get a very good parents..
Lucky- Continued.........
by looking at Lucky I remember the story that I read (rather say crammed) in my 10th Std.. Where the author talks about a just born baby...
A baby with clean mind and away from 6 enemies..also called Arishadwarga..
(1) Personal desire, lust or any passion (Kama);
(2) Hatred or malice (Krodha);
(3) Avarice or cupidity (Lobha);
(4) Ignorance (Moha);
(5) Pride or arrogance (Mada);
(6) Jealousy, envy (Matcharya);
So, we just be away from all sorrows when we starts looking at babies and so forget all our problems..
A baby who talk himself and smiles himself.. (may be..who knows he might be talking to God)..this I clearly found from lucky..in my home she used to look at 2 God Photos and starts laughing herself and tries to talk..:)
Don't remember remaining lesson.. :( will post it once it clicks to me.. :)
Kruti (AKA Lucky):
As the work is not much and I am not interested in doing something..So thought of writing blog on Lucky (After getting an idea from Ms Elizee :) )
Lucky born on August 1st..My sweet lucky I can't stay without seeing her atleast once in 2 weeks. She started picking things in her hand (so beware of her if u hav long hair.. ;) )
Heard that cool lucky started moving slowly and also started eating apple and banana..:) I am verymuch excited to see her. my sweet lucky never cried for any other reasons other than hungry and sleepy.. I sometimes feel my sis is too lucky to have such a nice baby gal..:) and so they are able to watch 3 movies in theatre till now..:) (now, u might hav understood why they kept her nick name as lucky.. ;) )
Kruti , the name was proposed by me.. finally they had to accept it as they didn't find any other name..;)
Will update with more details once I come back after seeing her..:)

where am I going?? Sometimes I think, I am not thinking any thing.. Just passing time..so I remember a story..it is like this..
" A person works hard in his childhood to reach a good position in society( both fame and money).. And when he became old..he was not having satisfaction..He was wondering why? he is having money and everything..but still why he is not happy??.. He did an introspection..and he remembered the days of his studies where he was working hard..having a target that he want to be in good position and be happy..so that time when ever he gets good marks and got good job..he was very happy.. so he realizes the reason behind his unhappiness is no aim or target to achieve.. "
So, after reading this story, I thought "Am I in the same position??" why am I not having aim..if I have, why am I not working hard..
After getting inspired from jaya and anshu's blogs..I too started writing blog.. this weekend didn't go to sis home so had to do some cleaning at home..:) and prepared daal very badly..(Last time only, it came well and I thought I became expert in cooking.. ;) ) But somehow daal was eatable.. So had to eat with that.. ;)

Rang De Basanti:
A nice movie.. first half full of laughter..
"Some ppl die by screaming and some ppl die in silence..and I met the third kind.."
This was the starting and end dialogue of the movie.. Organization of the scenes in the movie is too good.. we can see how much hardly they might hav worked to come up with the scenes..
first half was full of fun..and they used to show a li'l bit of patriotism..and when you are thinking that you are going to cry by seeing the scene..they'll change the mood by showing the presence..
but the second half is a li'l bit heavy..but worth seeing..
---
hmm..thought of writing a lot..but don't hav time,...passing time till now in surfing the net.. and thinking about work here..and ojos.. :)
