With the maids, you will get rid of physical work but you get more mental work. You have to look after them and see whether they are working properly or not..If you don't then the output is very bad where you have to spend more time in redoing things.. :)
The auto people: Every day, I pray God that I should reach home and office safely with out any mental tension.. The tampering of meter and the rash driving and waiting charges where the meter goes on increasing even the auto is waiting at the signal..what not.. uff.. I should write a book about these people.. But fortunately, there are very good auto people but very less..Till now, I just saw only 2 to 3 auto people who are good at driving and having genuine meters to their autos..
After all, these days I am getting more tension because of above two reasons.. :) Time to do some meditation or count the numbers from the end.. ;)

wow!!! you remembered the maid name very well.. Seems Shivana samudra "dumb sharats"(hope this is correct spelt) effect is still there..:)
do yo have a camera moble phone? if so take photograph of those good auto people and put them on your blog. A discussion with them on why they are different? will be really help full for readers.
i think it is the only best support we can (we need to) do for that minority in a hope to make it majority.
i remembered this story when i read about Maids in your post.
