ICICI Pathetic: I am not the only person

I was thinking that I am the only person who is facing issues with ICICI. But, while doing some googling, I got many links. One of it is this. Am I sensing something wrong here? As many of them are recently posted and I am also facing similar issue for the past three months and still I didn't get my courier. :(
